I build this 12-compartment tea chest from black walnut. The grain wraps around the corners of the box, and I cut accent grooves along the edges. The lid sits on 90 degree gilded hinges, so it stays up while you pick a tea.

Box Dimensions: 12.5" x 9" x 4" tall
Each compartment is 2.75" x 2.75", sized for standard tea bags

I make every box by hand in my shop in Mesa, Arizona, so the grain on yours will look a little different from the photos. If you have any questions, send me a message.
